Actual size of each flag is 3.2 cm X 2.7 cm (1.25" X 1").  For best results we limit the design to two lines only, and a maximum per line of 9 characters for a small, 11 for a  medium shirt, 12 for a L, XL, XXL shirts.  Please count spaces as one character.
