Every item in our store comes with a 100% satisfaction
guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives,
we'll refund your money or exchange any item. Some items obviously cannot
be returned after being opened ie - shrink wrapped CD's or videos. Please
e-mail us prior to shipping if you are unsure
Please return the item with a copy of any original receipt or customs slip if you have it, along with your complete name, address and phone number. Send the package UPS ground or Postal Service parcel post. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted. Send Returns and Exchanges to:
Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be
reimbursed.
